[Click to enlarge] Father's Day was drawing near and I was tired of giving the usual colognes and shirts. Luckily I discovered a new, dynamic business place that had a novel gift idea - a mouse pad with a photo of your choice printed on it. I took in a family photo just before noon and a few hours later I collected the mouse pad with the image of my son and husband smiling up at me. They also can transfer prints onto puzzles for children, so you can get creative with memorabilia and gift items.

Rainbow Graphics offers a wide range of printing and design services. Three young Anguillians, Claude Smith (pictured right), Joseph Vanterpool and Charmaine Sasso pooled their talents to create this company which opened in April 2001. Rainbow Graphics designs and prints T-shirts, signs, license plates, vehicle dressings, boat signs and a range of business necessities such as business cards, fliers and letterheads. I was impressed by their reproductions of art work on various mediums including photo gloss paper, canvas and vinyl. Currently they can produce prints as large as 3 feet by 100 feet, which is useful for making banners.

They promise their customers a return turnaround time of 48 hours for various printing jobs, but they usually complete work within 24 hours. Smith indicated that they are aiming to "take printing and graphics to another level in Anguilla." These young entrepreneurs have goals to expand and enhance their service offering in tandem with their clients' needs.
