Oriental Restaurant in The Valley

You can get Chinese dishes at reasonable prices in Anguilla. Try the Oriental Restaurant. They offer all the standard Chinese dishes like sweet and sour chicken, plus Nasi Goreng, with chicken, pork, beef or shrimp. Although they have a nice bar and table area, you will also see a steady stream of customers at lunch and dinner time dropping by to pickup their take-away orders. Open 11 to 11 every day.

The Oriental Restaurant used to be located in The Quarter, but moved to a brand new building in The Valley in December 1997. Anna the propreitess tells us that she has been open in Anguilla since 1982. Before that they lived in St. Martin, Costa Rica, and originally, Canton, China. Telephone: 1-264-497-2763.

Directions: located next to Fairplay Center/IGA in The Valley. From the airport parking lot, take the only exit, turn left and left again past the airport entrance. Then turn right at the roundabout, go into The Valley, turn left at the post office and you should see the Oriental Restaurant on the right in the next block.
