If you have walked Barnes Bay recently, you may have wondered about the big house under construction. Its the new five-star Cerulean Villa, which can accommodate up to 16 guests in eight bedrooms. The villa has its own on site concierge-manager, Susie Webster, who is professional and well-qualified, having worked at Malliouhana Hotel, and its own French sous-chef (we can attest from personal experience that her appetizers are incredible).
