There are many building contractors on Anguilla. Be sure to ask for references when selecting a contractor and check with the clients. Sunset Homes web page has some tipa on building in Anguilla.

When you find your dream property, check the title at Lands and Surveys to ensure you know who actually owns it and if the property has road access. Also hire a surveyer to survey the property boundaries and road access. What looks like a road may just be a track through private property. Be certain to read all terms in the Alien Land Holders License carefully before authorizing payment.
